MaybeTlsStream

Enum MaybeTlsStream

#[non_exhaustive]
pub enum MaybeTlsStream<S>
where S: Read + Write,
{ Plain(S), NativeTls(TlsStream<S>), Rustls(StreamOwned<ClientConnection, S>), }
Available on crate feature ws only.
Expand description

A stream that might be protected with TLS.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)§

This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
§

§

NativeTls(TlsStream<S>)

Available on crate feature native-tls only.

Encrypted socket stream using native-tls.

§

Rustls(StreamOwned<ClientConnection, S>)

Available on crate feature __rustls-tls only.

Encrypted socket stream using rustls.
